Memorial Day
We drove to Lake Livingston to eat lunch with my Mom and Stepdad. We grilled hamburgers and enjoyed visiting. Russell showed the kids some old pictures of him in the Navy and as a boy growing up. My Mom is standing by her garden. She is growing some tomatoes, squash, carrots, cucumbers and bell peppers. We drove down to the lake. Can you see the blue heron on the bulk head?

It's a blue Heron. A herring is a fish. (-:
They do have a wonderful place. They used to have 3 lots right on the water, but it got to be too much upkeep. I owned a lot a couple of blocks off of the water and they bought it and that is where they built. Thanks for the correction!
