Today I woke up feeling lousy, so I stayed home from work. I went back to bed and slept for about 3 hours. When I woke up, I worked on a quilt and watched this 1942 movie. It was set in England during the beginning of WWII. It was an incredible movie. It lasted almost 2 1/2 hours. I was on the edge of my seat for some of it and my mouth fell open during some scenes. It was also very moving. The very last scene is where they are at church and they sang..........."Onward Christian Soldier" Brought me to tears....I also listened to some wonderful music by Vic Dimone, Barbra Streisand, Sammy Davis, Jr. and old blue eyes. I took Johnny to breakfast and Amy to Starbucks after school. Over all, I had a wonderful day even if I did wake up not feeling well.
