We got into the Christmas spirit early this year. It was fun to decorate right after Thanksgiving. I love putting up my Christmas China in my hutch and buffet. It used to be my Mom's. She bought it over 40 years ago. It holds a special place in my heart because I remember it so well when I was growing up and now I get to enjoy it with my children.

I remember going to Juarez when I was 12 years old. I had been taking some Spanish classes and could start making out a little of what they were saying. When you get your tree up, please send me some pictures, ok?.........let me know how their mission trip goes, ok?..........I am the queen of corny..........I'll say something that I think is funny and the kids will say..............Mom..........no
