Our Country Elects a New President

I have even more respect for Mr. McCain for the way he respectfully conceded to Mr. Obama. Even though I did not vote for Mr. Obama, he will be our next president. I can complain, or pray for him. I will pray for the advisers that he will select and for his new cabinet.

I still remain concerned about our presence in the Middle East, social security, the economy, education, social and moral issues that face our country. I have been taught to respect authority and will do so prayerfully. That is how I choose to see this change.

We still have a voice. We have elected representatives that are there to serve our best interest. If we do not let them know how we feel about the issues, then they will vote their own agendas. Get involved and speak up!
